Symbology of The Logo
The logo is derived from a bushman painting. It represents man and beast, both of which suffer the consequences of a polluted environment. All Paintcor's enviro-friendly products are marked with this symbol. Correct handling and disposal procedures for all of our products are listed on the Material Safety Data sheets.
Enviro-Friendly Innovators
Due to global environmental awareness and health concerns Paintcor was one of the first local manufacturers to move into water based acrylics. Of the 45 products Paintcor manufactures, 25 are enviro-friendly; having a VOC (Volatile Organic Content) of less than 5%. We have also formulated an enviro-friendly enamel substitute (EnviroCoat). No lead or chromates are added to any of our products during the manufacturing process.
